By accessing or using SimplyQuizzes (simplyquizzes.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

SimplyQuizzes provides an AI-powered quiz platform that allows users to:

• Generate and play quizzes on any topic
• Host multiplayer quiz rooms for friends, family, or colleagues
• Access quiz blog articles and question-and-answer resources

The free tier includes up to 3 multiplayer quiz rooms per month and up to 10 players per room. The Pro plan (£3.99/month) provides unlimited rooms and players.

An account is required to host multiplayer quiz rooms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address to register.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use SimplyQuizzes to:

• Generate or share quiz content that is illegal, hateful, defamatory, or harmful
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service
• Use automated tools to create quiz rooms or generate quizzes in bulk
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service

The SimplyQuizzes name, logo, and platform design are owned by SimplyQuizzes. AI-generated quiz content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without prior written consent.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at £3.99/month via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account page; you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

SimplyQuizzes displays advertisements via Google AdSense. By using the service, you consent to the display of personalised or contextual advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising cookies are used.

SimplyQuizzes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated quiz content may occasionally contain inaccuracies — we make no guarantee of factual correctness.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate quiz answers or service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimplyQuizzes and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
